Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes are available?

We currently offer three sizes: 6cm × 9cm, 10cm × 15cm, and 18cm × 28cm — all with a gum-seal flap. See the Shop page for full specs, and contact us for pricing.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Bags are sold by the lot. Minimum lot sizes start at 500 bags per lot for every size — larger lots bring the per-bag cost down. Contact us for a quote on the size and quantity you need.

Can I order in bulk, or get custom printing?

Yes. For 6×9cm orders over 75,000 bags, 10×15cm orders over 35,000 bags, or 18×28cm orders over 10,000 bags — or if you'd like your logo or labelling printed directly onto the bags — contact us and we'll put together a custom quote.

How do the bags break down?

Our bags fully break down in a properly operating home compost bin, leaving no trace — no industrial composting facility required. They also break down in landfill conditions over time.

Can I reuse the bags before composting them?

Yes. The gum-seal flap is touch-sensitive and can be closed and reopened numerous times, and the bags themselves are reusable before you choose to compost them.

What do the bags ship in?

Every order ships in a free compostable box. Reuse it for storage, then compost it too — nothing about your order has to end up in a landfill.

Do the bags protect against moisture, tarnishing, or static?

Yes. All sizes offer an excellent moisture barrier, strong barrier to gases and aromas (helping protect against tarnishing), resistance to oils and grease, and inherent anti-static properties — alongside excellent transparency and gloss.

Where are you based?

Do you sell direct to the public?
